Tommy Judt graduated culinary school in 1991. Immediately after graduation he went to work as a private chef for Mike Myers on the film So I Married An Axe Murderer. Shortly thereafter he found himself on a plane to South America to help cater on the movie Rapa Nui. After 10 years catering in the movie industry and 20 years as a General Contractor, Tommy has decided to open up a coffee shop a half a block from where he was born.
